The Novastar VX-600 is an all-in-one video processor suitable for small to medium size LED screen installations. It can drive up to 3,900,000 pixels in total, at up to 10,240 pixels wide or up to 8,192 pixels in height, which is ideal for ultra-wide and ultra-high LED screen applications. The VX-600 offers a variety of video inputs and it allows you to switch seamlessly between several input sources. Furthermore, it supports up to three layers (1x main / 2x PIP), scaling function, low latency and Gen-Lock function. Besides the built-in sending card with 6 Ethernet ports, the VX-600 also offers the option to install an SFP module. With this module you can cover bigger distances than the 100 metre limit of Ethernet cables and drive another VX-600 (fibre mode) or CVT10 fibre connector, which then drives your LED screens. The second fibre output serves as a backup and will automatically take over in case something happens to the main output (“Output 1″). For controlling even bigger LED screen installations, Image Mosaic function is available. This enables you to combine up to four VX-600 units. Screen configuration can be done by USB and Ethernet connection. The modern 1U box fits nicely in a 19” rack or case, making it most suitable for rental companies and fixed installations.Technical data:

The VX600 is NovaStar’s new all-in-one controller that integrates video processing and video control into one box. It features 6 Ethernet ports and supports video controller, fiber converter and Bypass working modes. A VX600 unit can drive up to 3.9 million pixels, with the maximum output width and height up to 10,240 pixels and 8192 pixels respectively, which is ideal for ultra-wide and ultra-high LED screens.

The VX600 is capable of receiving a variety of video signals and processing high-resolution images. In addition, the device features stepless output scaling, low latency, pixel-level brightness and chroma calibration and more, to present you with an excellent image display experience.

What’s more, the VX600 can work with NovaStar’s supreme software NovaLCT and V-Can to greatly facilitate your infield operations and control, such as screen configuration, Ethernet port backup settings, layer management, preset management and firmware update.

Thanks to its powerful video processing and sending capabilities and other outstanding features, the VX600 can be widely used in applications such as medium and high-end rental, stage control systems and fine-pitch LED screens.
